Shipping & Returns
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Warranty
Your Krankz™ Manufactured product is warranted against manufacture defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. Exeo at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts. (2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished. This does not mean you can abuse your headphones and expect warranty service. We do not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, loss or theft. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Any customization of your product will void your warranty.
Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty. Your seller is responsible for any other warranty.

I was in Vegas for a show last weekend with my friend and his wife. I was going to get them upgraded tickets as a gift. That didn't work so I decided to get a couple pairs of Krankz. The guys there were pretty cool and they told me that if I ordered online I could pick them up. these headphones crank. If you're in the market get yourself a pair you won't be disappointed.
I purchased three pairs of headphones. One pair for myself, one for my wife, and one for my daughter. Good luck trying to get them off my daughters head. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality given that these are so inexpensive. I'll definitely be purchasing from these guys again.
I used a coupon code to get $25 off so these were pretty inexpensive. I like them a lot. Their very loud and have great bass. My friends ask about them because they never heard of the brand. The logo is cool but people don't know what it says. I wish they were a little bigger but I guess the company is working on an over the ear pair from what I read on Facebook.
